Bought this new Moto phone to replace my old Moto phone that would no longer hold a good charge. I did the easy thing and brought it to my nearby Verizon store and in 15 minutes the store clerk had transferred everything in my old phone to the new one. No problems. Lots of great new features. Camera is great. I was going to try and switch phones over myself but after googling how to do it I found that the Motorola Migrate app is no longer active. Verizon is my service carrier so they did the switch for no cost. Headache free.

Bought it for my child

This is a good replacement for a flagship phone. My previous phone screen cracked severely and I needed to get a new one. For the price of a screen replacement a bought a phone. Great buy

packing was messed up. Covering ripped and taped. No film on screen. Battery dead. A total disappointment. Sold as new but obviously used.
