The phone arrived in good condition. It was sold to me as a new phone, however the phone did not come in the original box with an instruction booklet. It did have the film protectors. The phone must not have in stock as it took a week to ship.
Works great, much better than the internet backup I purchased at the store and returned
Love the phone however the A key needs to be pushed harderin order to work and its a but hard that not all apps fit the screen
I had an issue with the charging,they recommended a new change port, all good, great service.
