Advertised as NEW – But Doesn't Feel Like It + Multiple Defects!

I purchased this flip phone which was listed as NEW. However, based on the multiple issues I encountered, I have serious doubts about whether this product truly meets the standard of a new device.

* Bluetooth Doesn't Work – The phone fails to connect to my car's Bluetooth — one of the most basic and essential phone features. Completely unacceptable in any phone, let alone a "new" one.

* Broken Back Cover – The back cover won't click shut all the way. This is an obvious hardware defect that should never pass quality control on a new product.

When you pay for something advertised as new, you expect it to work — all of it. This phone falls far short of that expectation. I would strongly caution other buyers before purchasing from this company.

Yes the phone is perfect. I like the size and weight. The function and capabilities are super good. And the app storage and all the web and phone tasking is great. Really good Motorola edge 70 fusion.
