The Unlocked phone was received AT&T LOCKED. Dealing with AT&T to provide an Unlocking Code is nightmarish and unpleasant experience. First, the website request was denied: "The phone is currently in use by another AT&T account"! Three additional phone calls were required for a kind and understanding AT&T employee to provide the Unlocking Code. After entering the 16-digit code into the phone, the remainder of the operation was a breeze. The Samsung SmartSwitch software, using USB-C to USB-C cable attached to both phones, was pure genius. ALL the data was copied from the old phone to the new phone in 6 minutes. ALL the Icons appeared on the new phone exactly as they were on the old phone. ALL the Contacts Information was in perfect condition, no mutilation. Overall, a pleasant experience with one exception, AT&T. I have not dealt with AT&T for over 50 years and NEVER WILL.
