Great. Got the phone that this one is replacing 4 or 5 years ago from cell2get. Both times phone was as advertised. Did not get a sims card. do not know if they can included that in your order.

I was disappointed that you cannot use the speakerwhen recording a message and you do not know who's calling unless you open up your phone. My other phone had a window on the outside of the phone so you could see who's calling...this one does not. I guess I should have done more research first before buying it. Also, you must first press a button and then put in your code before you can use the phone.
