Phone is nigh-indestructable. Mine fell out of my pocket while riding a motorcycle at 45mph, hit on the screen, and all there is, is a large scuff on the bottom left edge. I had to replace my old Duraforce because someone ran over it with a Ram 3500 and I got tired of the cracks on the screen. It still fuctions as my backup phone. Durable is the key word to these phones.

i asked the salesperson if my phone had speed dial she told me yes. when the phone got here it didn,nt. can they make an app for that?

I've had mine for 2+ years. Worked right out of the box. Very rugged, I've taken into Cascade Range Mountains and Canadian Rockies in winter and summer. Fallen into water, and snow. Ocean salt water exposure as well (I do not swim or dive with it). Reliable, sturdy. Works with InReach Mini.Mediocre camera. Heavy. Limited storage. Advise a good screen shield. If you want bells and whistles, get something else.

Got the one for my cell provider, took in to the store and had it activated and numbers transferred and it has been doing great for about 2 weeks, and alot cheaper than buying at the store. And I'm not under no contract
