They ended up not being able to fix it and they refunded me. I took a chance again and saw when they got their stock back up, I bought one. The second phone works perfect and was unlocked this time. I took a chance because I really wanted it and my husband previously bought one and had no issues. I'm so happy with my new phone it's fantastic. It has the best camera in my opinion.
