It's a phone, but glitchy right from the get go. Do not expect top dollar performance, you definitely get what you pay for. That said, you get what you pay for, and it is a decent phone that works, can use internet, has a camera, etc. Its not great at any of those things, but it's better than nothing. Battery life has lasted me well so far. It has all the normal bloatware and goofy settings that Motorola and other android platforms (i.e. not stock Google android) have. All in all it'll get you where you need to go but nothing nice.
