I paid extra for two day delivery and it took ten days to get the phone. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper.
The Unlocked phone was received AT&T LOCKED. Dealing with AT&T to provide an Unlocking Code is nightmarish and unpleasant experience. First, the website request was denied: "The phone is currently in use by another AT&T account"! Three additional phone calls were required for a kind and understanding AT&T employee to provide the Unlocking Code. After entering the 16-digit code into the phone, the remainder of the operation was a breeze. The Samsung SmartSwitch software, using USB-C to USB-C cable attached to both phones, was pure genius. ALL the data was copied from the old phone to the new phone in 6 minutes. ALL the Icons appeared on the new phone exactly as they were on the old phone. ALL the Contacts Information was in perfect condition, no mutilation. Overall, a pleasant experience with one exception, AT&T. I have not dealt with AT&T for over 50 years and NEVER WILL.
Enjoying the phone so far. So many updates compared to the younger version of this phone.
Exceeded expectations

If you are buying this phone because you expect it's sound quality to be AUDIO FILE QUALITY, it is not that good. Using your best $500.00 headphones, you will be compelled to rate it's audio quality a 4.5 out of 5. My Moto e5 plus sounds a bit better. Everything else about this phone is a 5 out of 5.
It was latin america version. The adapter has no label, not sure if it's Samsung or not. Phone works great! No issues.

I've had this case for 5 or 6 months now. It fit my phone perfectly. It has a little slider to protect the camera, although I usually just leave it open. It has a nice stand that holds your phone up vertical or horizontal, great for videos. This case combined with a screen saver has protected my phone so far, and I've dropped it from my bed or nightstand onto a tile floor probably 10 times and my phone is fine.It's pretty slim too. So it doesn't add much bulk or weight to the phone.It all comes down to preference. If you like the look of it (it looks just like pictured) then you'll be satisfied with the case.
